Insurance
- Basic Life,
Accidental Death, and Dismemberment and Long Term Disability provided
automatically at no cost to the employee
- Employees
may select a voluntary insurance program that meets their specific
needs
- TAC provides
a monthly allowance towards the cost of the voluntary insurance
program. The allowance is paid to the employee each pay period in
the form of taxable income
- The voluntary
insurance program includes : Medical/Dental (either HMO or PPO),Vision,
Life insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment

- Employee premiums
for Medical/Dental, Vision and additional Life and AD&D are
deducted from pretax dollars.

- Employees
are eligible for the first quarter following date of hire

may contribute up to 12% of gross pay
- TAC will match
employee's contribution up to 2% of gross pay

Paid
Annual Leave - Vacation / Illness / Holiday / Personal
Benefits accrue bi-weekly in monetary value based on
salary at the time the benefit is earned.
Amounts listed below cover vacation, sick leave, holidays, and personal
leave. Equivalent
time in days is as follows:
- First year
of service : twenty-six (26) days
- Second year
and all subsequent years earn one (1) day additional leave, until
ten (10) years of uninterrupted employment. A maximum of thirty-five
(35) days of annual leave is earned at ten (10) years of service
- Employees
can carry-over or cash-in, unused balances at the end of the year
