Fuzzy Finder

Celatro's Fuzzy Finder™ plug-in is a high-performance algorithm designed to measure the similarity of two sets of data. Fuzzy Finder handles large spectrum data corpora, such as those containing both alphabetic and numeric data elements, and has a long and successful history of successful use at the FBI, CIA, DIA, and NSA.

Fuzzy Finder is able to correctly match sets of data that have large differences in spelling or word-order, and works using both ASCII and Unicode text. Performance can be customized to specific data types, including native-scripts.

Fuzzy Finder also works exceptionally well when used against numeric data, and has been used successfully to perform:

• Partial license plate number identification
• Telephone number matching
• Partial or erroneous Social Security Number identification
• Passport number identification
